Mobile not scrolling help please

The theme is not scrolling on mobile (safari and chrome) I had this problem before and you gave me a solution that worked (below) but this time it is not working for me, can you please take a look and tell me how to adjust

Hi @juicedradio423,

Thank you for writing in, but I can’t replicate the issue on my end, I checked your site on the actual phone with Chrome browser and I can scroll the page properly. I also inspect the header and footer bar’s height and they seem to be set just fine (auto).

Please clarify how we can replicate the issue, perhaps on what device/model you can see the issue so we can try to replicate it.

Also, please try clearing your phone’s browser cache.

Thank you for the screencast but I can’t replicate the issue on my end (see screencast below), that seems to be an issue with your Phone/Browser than an issue to the site. Can you check the site on a different phone device? And also, try clearing your phone’s browser’s cache.

I just pulled an used an old iphone that has never been to the site and it is still doing it. This is a real thing and this business just opened. I have them on the first page of Google in Chattanooga and it is not operational on iphone (I have not tried android)

I understand your emulator, but it is wrong. This is real and I have to rebuild his website on another theme if I can’t get this fixed immediately. I have had this problem many times with X Theme but this is the first time I couldn’t fix it. Please let me know if you can get it to work, I have to do something, he is paying me and his site does not work. Pease help

Hey David,

I checked your setup and indeed the footer setup was causing the scrolling issue because you’ve given negative margins to the elements in the Mobile Bar (Bar 2). I went ahead and removed all the negative margins from the elements in Footer Builder and this seems to have fixed the issue.

Please clear all caches including the browser’s cache of your devices and check your site now. Let us know how this goes!
