It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

I have removed the js errors and am still having the problem.

Thank you for the credentials, please see the screenshot below, please remove that highlighted custom CSS from your Theme Options > CSS
With that generic custom CSS selector, you’re risking to affect a lot of ul
element on your site.
