I’ve tried searching through the forums to figure it out. I’ve tried clearing cache, making sure the theme is up to date, checking plug-ins, I created a different menu specifically for Mobile, and still no resolve. May I please get help to see where I went wrong?
And for the video, I have a video background that displays on the “Enter Here” page, but on mobile, it does not show up. I tried safari and Chrome, the latest versions.
Update* I was able to fix the menu issue.
The video issue still persists.

Thanks for writing to us.
It’s not possible. Background videos are really disabled on mobile. There are hacky ways to make that possible but that would mean slowing down your page and it’s outside the scope of our theme support as it would require custom development for that you can contact a developer or you can subscribe to One where customization questions are answered.
The only way to play the video on mobile in our theme is to use the Video Element. It won’t be a background though.

Lastly, Is there a way for mobile, to have it switch to an image bg for the mobile version? Or is this something that would have to be customized as well?

When inserting a background video, please do not forget to insert a Poster Image:
When the video gets disabled on mobile screens, the poster image will display as the replacement of the video.
