Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Font Awesome is not loaded into your website and that is why the Humberger menu icons are not created. I would suggest you enable the Font Awesome option from Theme Options > Miscellaneous as shown in the given screenshot.
To send a private message with your post, you can use the secure note. To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Regretfully there is no option to customize it, you can customize it through the custom CSS code and custom development. I would suggest you contact a developer who can assist you with your concern or you can subscribe to One where customization questions are answered. Please note we don’t provide custom development support. It is out of the support scope.
Alternatively, you can upgrade the X theme to a Pro theme where you would get a Header builder, you can create a custom Header and customize the hamburger menu as per your design.
