Mini-cart Ajax error

Hi,
on the website https://extraversus.it/ I have a strange error that I have never encountered before.
Basically, the “View Cart” button on the mini-cart inside the off-canvas (which opens by clicking on the cart icon at the top right) points to this link
https://extraversus.it/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments
When instead it should simply open:
https://extraversus.it/carrello

What could it depend on?
Pro, Wordpress and Woocommerce are all updated to the latest versions.

Thanx

Hi @scenaryo,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website by adding a product, and by clicking on the View Cart button in the Mini Cart, it redirects me to the Cart page. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

Hi @tristup,

Hey @scenaryo,

I have investigated the issue and I am guessing that one of the installed 3rd party plugins is causing the issue. We may need to temporarily deactivate 3rd party plugins one after the other. It is highly recommend that you create a staging site so we can do further troubleshooting in the staging area. Perhaps, this can help you understand how you can create a staging area and how it is beneficial to this issue:

Best Regards.

Hi,
before even opening the ticket I did various tests including deactivating all the plugins but nothing changed.
By the way the site is on a staging area (it is not in production) so I authorize you to make any changes.
Thanx

Hi @scenaryo,

I have investigated and found that deactivating the Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules plugin resolved the problem. As it is a 3rd Party plugin and we don’t have any control over the code, I would suggest you contact the plugin author on this.

Thanks

Thank you very much
