Good day!
Recently I downloaded menu from design cloud, I made all necessary configurations and assigned this menu to “Entire site”, it is saved on all device dimensions except for mobile. Could you please advise how to fix this problem? Thank you!

Hello @Haz,
Thanks for writing in! Please check your header assignments because there are two or more assigned headers.
You may also need to purge or clear all your plugin caches before your test your site again. You may need to use private browsing mode when testing on your phone or mobile device.
Best Regards.
Dear Ruenel,
Thank you for your hard work its appreciated!
I have cleared cache and used private browsing, unfortunately nothing changed. I deleted all other headers and assigned mine as main but it seems like problem still remains. Kindly assist me on fixing this problem, thank you!
Hello @Haz,
I checked your dashboard it seems that you have not set any of the headers as Entire site. I would suggest you set the Header as “Entire site”. You must check the assignment and condition as suggested by my colleague @ruenel. In case if it doesn’t work for you please let us know.
I also notice that your theme is not updated, you must update your Pro theme as per our version compatibility page.
Thanks
Dear Prakash,
Menu front page is set to “entire site” with Priority 1. I tried everything and it seems like mobile menu doesnt change.
Hello @Haz,
Do you want to get rid of the User icon that displays on mobile? Please edit your custom and inspect your elements in the Layout tab. This is what you will see:
The Button element which displays the User icon is hidden away and only visible on smaller screens. You can easily know that because of the note that the “Hide During Breakpoints” option has been applied to the element. If you look closely in the Customize tab of the Button element settings, you will see this:
This indicates the Button element is hidden away from all screen sizes except those that are only 480 pixels and below. To get your issue resolve, you can simply hide away the button or if you do not the button, you can simply delete it from your header. And if you want the button to display on the other screen sizes, you just have to enable which screen you want it to be displayed on.
Hope this makes sense.
Dear Ruenel,
