I checked your site it seems that your section ID and menu items links URL are not same, you need to set it as the same to get the one-page menu working. At the moment your section ID is “one, two, three, etc” and the menu items link is “#patreon, #course, etc”. You need to set the menu link URL like this #one, #two, etc or you can change the section ID according to the menu items links.
