This isn’t directly related to the beta and it’s not urgent but I thought I would mention it.
I was having some problems with a website today with regard to the drop-down menu not appearing correctly.

I’m not at work at the moment but I just checked on another site that I’m running that hasn’t been upgraded from 3.2.3 yet. Apart from that it’s running mostly the same set up. And this problem with the menu doesn’t seem to occur on that one.
When I get back to work on Monday I was planning to set up a couple of test sites to investigate further.
But I thought I would mention it here as it seems to be possibly something that’s been introduced since 3.2.3
Ok. Just ignore all this. The same bug also occurs in 3.2.3
Hi @spedney,
Thanks for the heads on on that. I wish there was more we could do when it comes to integration with performance tools like that, but it can be really hit/miss unfortunately.
We’ve been trying to move towards better performance in general. The responsive styling update will help considerably in reducing CSS output. We’re also slowly whittling away at jQuery usage on the front end and one day it won’t be required. Responsive Styling and the Theme Options reboot are the last two big projects we have on the books that will involve big refactoring. Once those are in, we’ll probably do a full on performance audit to see what we can tighten up even further.
