Menu dropdowns not working

My main header menu has a lot of submenus. For some reason, the dropdown is not working when I hover over them. The arrow is there, but no menu. Please help. I have cleared cache etc…

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you are using the Pro custom header where you have set the Header Bar’s Overflow as hidden. I would suggest you set the Overflow as visible and set the z-index as “9999”.

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact Header name

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks for sharing the login details it seems that you had set the Header Bar Container’s Overflow as hidden. I have set it as visible now the menu is working fine. Please have a look at your site now.
