Media Library will not load files when editing in Pro

Hello,
I am having some difficulty loading my media library while I am editing a page using Pro (Formerly Cornerstone). I have tried the solution provided in this post and following the advice in this post, I checked for plugin conflicts and removed all themes that I was not using to no avail.

I would like to clarify that the problem is only happening when editing in Pro. When I attempt to load the media library when editing a normal post or page, the media library loads fine.

Please help me with this problem quickly, I have an event coming up that I need to advertise for.

Hi Dylan,

Thanks for writing in! Upon further testing your issue, I see that you’re running PHP v5.4.45 on your server which could be the cause. We recommend PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues.

You can contact your hosting provider to update your PHP version or some hosts allows to switch PHP versions through their control panel.

Unfortunately, that did not work. First, I tried just updating to PHP 5.6, and that did not work. Then, I updated to the lastest version (PHP 7.1) and still no change.

Do you have any other thoughts?

Hello There,

I have logged in and I found the cause of the issue. It is because of your general settings.
Your WP dashboard is using https yet in your general settings, it is only using http.

I went ahead and correct the issue.
