MEC events and looper – mec_start_minutes formatting issue

Hi, I’m curious to know if anyone’s found a work-around for this issue, found on a Forum thread from a year ago—

Hello @dcheese, Thanks for writing in! You will have to use the mec_start_date and the mec_end_date. You might as well need to display the following: mec_location_name mec_start_hour mec_start_minutes mec_start_ampm Best Regards.

" mec_start_hour and mec_start_minutes show only one number. For example, if an event start on 9AM and I need to have the minutes, the results is 9.0, not 9.00. Any advice?"

The answer last year was " Regretfully, there is no option to mention the date format in the dynamic content tag", which is disappointing.

Any news to help us out? Thanks!

You can add a format in your dynamic content. For example;

{{dc:post:meta key="mec_date" format="d M Y"}}
