MEC Calendar update needed

Hi there.
I am seeing other posts about MEC calendar and bug issues. I am wondering if you guys know when the update will be pushed out. I have a few sites that the calendar page is timing out on, is not loading on, and/or that adding new events or editing them aren’t an option.

This site for instance, you can’t even click on an event: https://freedomicm.com/events-page/. It just reloads the page… Please help!

To better help you with your concern, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and you’ve the latest supported version of MEC plugin. Regretfully we don’t have an ETA yet for the next update release. The issue you’re having could be due to other factors. You can test for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. THEME UPDATE
  3. CHILD THEME
  4. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  5. DISABLING CACHE
  6. DISABLING CDN
  7. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
