Max - just goes to "page" of site and nothing is there

Purchased this morning - have cleared cache etc -

When in Cornerstone - if I hit “access” for anything it just takes me to this page:
https://childcaredm.wpenginepowered.com/cornerstone/max/

Which looks like just my home page and there is nothing there?
