Max is Active, but I can't access it

As you can see, Max is active:

I can Install/Activate the first 4 features, but when I try to Access any of the others my access is locked - for example, I can’t get to Personify, and I can’t even get to Charts even though it’s already installed/activated:

I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

Perhaps it was an update issue. When I went back to check it, it was working.
