Margin Showing Around H1 Tags

Hello,

I’ve set up all of my pages with the same layout. This includes an H1 at the tops of the page.

For some reason, all of my H1s have a 65px margin at the top and a 13px margin at the bottom. These are not margins that I set.

How can I adjust those margins?

Hi Nick,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have visited the given URL and didn’t found the value in the H1 that you mentioned. And also not clear on where you have set these values? Can please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem. Still, I would suggest you use the preset option to save and use the predefined styles.
The following thread might be helpful to you.

Thanks

Hello, I only have 1 H1 per page. It is up at the top of the page. If you inspect the element you’ll be able to see the margin. It is the same on every page.

I’ve included some screenshots.

To be clear, I did not set these values. That’s the reason I put in the support ticket.

Hi @nvalle1,

I’ve looked into this and that margin shouldn’t be there. It looks like a bug in the older version of X you are using. The stack (Integrity) sets margin-top:1em; on all h1 elements but there should also be styles to prevent that when you’re using a Headline element. I checked and X 7.2.3 doesn’t have those present, resulting in the issue you’re having. I would recommend updating to the latest version of X and Cornerstone.

Thank you Alexander
