Map marker issue

Hi

On the contact page were not able to add a map marker

You should be able to see from the screensbot that the settings have been done correctly for the map marker but it’s not showing itself and not giving full error messages so we’re unable to narrow this down in more detail.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out.

The marker has been added perfectly, but the Longitude and Latitude values are completely different than the map’s value. So the marker set into that specific location which is not visible in that zoom level.
Reducing the zoom level ( temporarily) , the marker is visible in the below-given screenshot. Regarding the marker, if you set the same Lat,Long value it will come into the center of the map otherwise in a different position, which happened in your case.
