MailChimp List not showing up

Hey there,

I added the email forms plug in, and i am attempting to use the Mailchimp portion. I’ve added a new form, and entered my API key and got a it is valid note. But now I cannot see my list where the entered emails will go on mailchimp.

Do you mean you can’t see your list under Campaigns?

Or, you could not see your list in Mailchimp’s website?

Correct. I can’t see anywhere to choose a list.

Hi there,

Would you please kindly make sure that you took the steps mentioned below:

Also, make sure that you use the version 2.0.2 of the Emails Form plugin and then make sure that you turn off or delete the x-MailChimp old plugin if you have that.

Also kindly make sure that you have a mailing list setup correctly regarding the API Key you generated in MailChimp.

I double checked the plugin and it does work correctly on my installation and retrieves the list from my personal MailChimp account.

I have checked all that, confirmed I installed it correctly, using the right version, have a API key generated from mailchimp, and it’s still not showing any list. I’ve also deactivated all other plug ins and it’s still not working. I created a new form with a new API key and still don’t have any list to choose from. WHen in fact I have half a dozen list set up with multiple emails in each on Mailchimp.

I also get this error below:

I just clicked refresh and mailchimp list is now showing.
