Mailchimp form display

Hi there

I am using Pro. I have Mailchimp already but when I add this to a page it seems to put everything on the left side in a small narrow column and puts the checkboxes on the line above the text.

There is plenty of space and even if I use the unformatted text from mailchimp it still displays the same.

Could you please advise if there is anything that I can do to keep the checkboxes on the same line as the text.

I would also like to increase the size of the checkboxes if possible.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Kind regards

Hey Eileen,

If this issue is caused by Pro alone, we might provide a fix if it can be accomplished with very simple CSS and report it to our developers.

With that said, please test your Mailchimp form using the default WordPress theme and deactivate all 3rd party plugins.

If the issue persists, it means the issue is in the Mailchimp form. You should contact Mailchimp support to correct the form.

If the issue doesn’t happen anymore, it’s likely that there’s some styling in Pro the is overriding the checkbox. In this case, please give us the URL of the page where you placed the Mailchimp form.

Thanks.

Hi Cristian

Happy New Year to you - hope that you are your family are well and not affected by Covid19.

I have tried the mailchimp code in a wp theme and it works there.

the website is currently in development and has testers at the moment but I have set you up with a membership level and also Admin so you should be able to see everything.

Hello Eileen,

Please edit your page and remove the text element. Since you are inserting a 3rd party embed code from MailChimp, please use the Raw Content element. Make sure when embedding custom HTML codes, the styling must be included because it may not display nicely out of the box.

Best Regards.
