Lost menu connection in the footer somehow

Somehow I managed to loose the menu in the footer section…It’s flooting in the right corner
I’ve tried lots of options but I’m lost… how to solve this.

The correct and valid code should be:

<span><small>Kleuranalyse e.o. andere afspraken </small>Afspraak - &gt;     <strong>  plannen

I changed that but when turned the footer menu on… on mobile it look s oke but on normal screensize the menu is on the right side ?

Also in the footer menu when I turn on socials they don’t show up anymore …
