Logged in user not on entire site

Hi guys,

For some reason that I hope you could help me find what, in my new header - navigation inline - when a user is logged in and you navigate the username disappear and ask you to log in/register again. We tried several login plugins, but is the same. This problem don’t occur when we use the default menu of integrity. We already reset Wordpress installation, disable all the plugins and instal pro and child several times and even a previous version of pro.

Any help it will be most appreciated
Thank you

Hello Jorge,

Thanks for writing in!

Did you use two separate menus for your header and have added a condition? If not then this is how you should do it:
1.) Go to Appearance > Menus and create two sets of menu. Menu 1 will have the Login and Register menu items while the Menu 2 will only have the Logout menu item.

2.) Go to Cornerstone > Header Builder and edit your custom header.

3.) Insert two Navigation Inline elements. The first element will be used to display menu #1 while the second one will be use to display menu #2.

4.) You will then have to apply an element condition for each Navigation Inline with the following respectively:
#Menu 1 condition:

#Menu 2 Condition:

If you are not familiar with the Assignments and Conditions yet, please check this documentation first:

If the above suggestion is not helping, we would love to check your custom header. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: How The Forum Works

Best Regards.

Hi Jorge,

I have checked the website Header and found that you have already implemented the suggestion given by my colleague, and it working fine. The problem you described here, never occurs to me and it shows only the Logout and the Username while logged in.

Thanks
