Loading Layouts, Content, or Headers scrolls down to the Footer – Beta 6

Repro:

  1. In the menu, choose Headers, Content, or Layouts
  2. Click the edit button on any of them

Observed:
When the builder loads, it will have scrolled all the way down to the footer. If you refresh the page, it will scroll down there again too.

You can see this happening in the video I posted in this other thread.
