Links on Public Page are Non-Functional (Cornerstone)

I’ve built this page using Cornerstone (and a non-Theme.co theme). I actually designed the page using your Estudio Naranja template.
In the builder, all seems well, but on the published page, linked above, none of the links are working. For example in this section, I added a link to the button (“Secure your spot today”), and on the published page, I see no indication that there’s a link there at all — the cursor does not change to a pointer, and a click has no effect:

I also added a test link to the text block above, with the same result, so I don’t believe there’s a problem with the button element.
WP and the Cornerstone plugin are up to date.
In the Inspector, I see the element, with the appropriate href destination.
I’ve built many other Cornerstone pages in this site with no problem.
Any guidance you can offer would be appreciated!

Hey @dm3,

Thanks for reaching out!

We need to check your backend settings and setup to determine your issue. To do that, please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

 • WordPress Login URL

 • Admin level username and password

 • Page URL in question

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hope that helps.

Hi @marc_a — just added a secure note. Let me know if you have any trouble getting in.

Hey @dm3,

After thoroughly debugging your website, I identified the root cause of the issue as being related to the column effects. For testing purposes, I temporarily removed these effects, and the link functioned correctly. However, I have since restored the original settings. I also suspect that this issue has been addressed in the latest version of the Cornerstone standalone plugin. To resolve this, I recommend updating the plugin to the most recent version.

Hope that helps.
