It seems that you have not validated your theme properly. You need to validate your theme to get the cornerstone page builder plugin update
In case if you have not seen the theme validation doc please have a look at it.
In case if it doesn’t work for you please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
