Limiting max-width for sections

Hi,
I have a nice working layout between all breakpoints.
However there are two sections: hero image and one more, which use section background cover. They work great up to 1700px width, after that pics get upscaled and out of proportion.

How can I:
a) limit the max width of those sections,
b) change the background colour appearing below the image (it will be visible on left and right margin)

Thank you for your support!

I think I have it sorted, changing the theme settings to boxed.

Hello @pablo102,

Thanks for writing in! We really appreciate for letting us know that your issue has been resolved. If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to open another thread.

Cheers.

Yes, the boxed layout works great now, and I would like to change the template used for posts.
How to:
a) change it globally
b) change only for individual post

Thank you!

Hello @pablo102,

You can create a custom layout for the Post archive layout and a custom post layout for the single post layout through the layout builder since you are using the Pro theme so you can create your own layout for your post.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Thank you!~I am now playing with templates and would like to update how the products in woocommerce looks.
My current template displays a voucher-field-wrapper which I would like to include in my new template. How to copy this kind of content?

Hello @pablo102,

In your custom product layout, insert the “Add to Cart Form” element so that the mentioned fields will also be displayed in your custom single layout.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Thank you, that’s the one.

Are there any other options for this element, to fill the space better.
The text fields are tiny, name and email could be inline, to save some space as well as the button and amount picker

Hi @pablo102,

Glad that we are able to help you with this. But unfortunately, there is no such option in these elements which you are expecting. You may need to add custom CSS code to get the input box and button in the same line.
If you are not proficient, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.

Thanks
