License validation issues after migration from dev site to production

Hi,
I have read through the docs @ https://theme.co/docs/problems-with-product-validation
and have scraped through a bunch of forum posts to try and solve this myself.

The site accepts the license and gives me the “Congratz” but when the page reloads it shows that I am still not validated.
I did read in one post that it could be related to the DB and the status not properly saving to the DB table.

May I have some help, please?

For reference, I am running WP 5.8.2, PHP7.4 with nginx web server, W3 total cache, and wordfence.

I would love to know how to fix this so I don’t have to bother support with this issue in the future.

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Of course, after I submitted the secure note, I tried again and it worked after changing some settings in Wordfence.
Please let me know if you guys did anything or if it was Wrodfence that was causing the interference.

Glad to know that things are well for you. It generally happens due to server cache or I suspect it has something to do with your server and our server communication when you try to validate your website. I would also suggest you must purge all the cache and disable security plugins and cache plugins while validation the theme.
