When purchasing a license, I need to get it validated but the code I used was not working for some reason. I checked in the “Manage License” section and it was the same code so there couldn’t have been a mix up.

You have a license for the X theme, but you do not have the X theme activated on your website. Please go to Appearance > Themes and activate the theme.
Then go to X > Validation and follow the steps mentioned in this article.
You will not see the X > Validation menu if you do not activate the X theme.
If you still have problems, please keep the X theme activated and get back to us with the exact error that you see.
