hi there
i bought a license for a customer and they want to connect it to a staging site. can they do this without logging into my own account? can they have their own account and access?

Hello Kai,

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to transfer the license key first, in order to transfer the License, you need to unlock the License from the existing account dashboard and add into to your other account. Now you can use the license key to register a new account.

my customer has payed me for the license. so they have no account.
and i cant find a way to get an account without buying someting on your website:


or is it possible?

Hello Kai,

You need to unlock the license as shown in the above screenshot and then use the license code to create another Themeco account using the license code. Now you can register your site on the new account for the license. Following these steps, you can transfer the license key to a different account.
