I was trying to replace a theme license with one of the many single licenses that I own. However, every time I did so I would get an error that stated that the license was valid but it was active on another site. In the license management for my single licenses, there is no site attached to any of them except one. Not sure why this was happening and how I can fix it.

I have two types of licenses, single licenses and pro unlimited. I wanted to be able to add the single license to a site that might be transferred out to a client at a later date.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you revoke the license first before transferring it to another website.

Only if none of that help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thanks for explaining in the video.

You will need to input the exact URL of your domain in the License Location field.
