License Problem with transfer

Hey
I’ve licensed the PRO on my web new.awakening.bg and when i transfered the whole database to awakening.bg it can’t validate my license

It says - Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.
But after that it’s not

Thanks for writing to us.

I suggest that you revoke the license first before transferring it to another website.

Only if none of that help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
