License Not Validating - other post answers not helping

I have seen many other posts about this same issue, but nothing seems to actually answer the question. On all of my sites, when I add the validation code, it just refreshes and does not validate. I had another ticket for this that was closed when you guys got in and just added it for me, but that isn’t solving this moving ahead.

Please advise. The plugins are updated, but I also can’t update the theme without the validation although in the past, this has never been an issue.

Thanks for reaching out.

I edited your posts and added your video in the secure note because anyone can see the license code you enter on the validation page.

If you have a problem when validating your website, I suggest that you disable all your plugins first then try to re-validate your website. Only if it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
