License NOT Activating After Site Migration

I manually migrated the site on my hosting account from one folder to another and updated the settings, the wp_options table, which I have done many times before with other themes over the years; however the “X” theme does not appear to like the manner in which I performed this migration.

I have read all the posts related to this in the forum. I have tried to implement the “force_check” flag and get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”, I updated the URL license assignments in the license portal. It states activated, then after a few seconds states License Activated on top of screen and Input Code still under it. All features remain locked even though key is valid.

I suggest that you disable all your plugins and also revoke the license, then try to validate your website again.

If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
