Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Same problem with one of my staging-site Pro license, and one of my main sites as well. Only two are validated it seems.

I am also having this issue. I have a licence associated with a site but it isn’t showing, i fit helps, my licence that won’t validate begins with bced… the numeric licence codes both work!

Just upgraded to Pro and I’m getting the same message
" Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account."
This is the only website I have, all account details are up to date.

Hello. We are having the same issue. Our license is no longer activating. The details and code are correct. Domain is correct. But we are not having any success. Any Advice?

Not sure if this will help anyone but this happened to all of my sites too, and I was able to resolve by:

  1. Unlocking the license from the licenses page;
  2. Editing the location and removing ‘http://’ from my site addresses;
  3. Entering the unlocked license into X for validating;
  4. Locking the license again after validation.

(Could be just a temporary fix, may need to wait for support team to resolve properly.)

I added to my “http://” sitelink in themeco licenses the SSL Version to
“https://” and validating with my code. ACCEPTED.

I could solve it by using https instead of http in the sitelink! (Pro license)

The validation issue seems to have dissapeared now but when I key the licence code, I get this: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

What do I do?

I’m also having issues on site validations. I assume is something with my browser Firefox (latest version), as other issues has rised that proven to be with this. Hope we can get this fixed before the next update, thank you DevTeam!
