Dear people, I reset my WP today and installed X theme again. Now my license is not accepted (the number in my Apex Forum account), how to fix this?
I also tried to import all demo content of Ethos 1. But there only seems to be one option that doesn’t import ALL demo stuff. Can you help me out? Thanks!
Hi there,
You need to go to your licenses page in themeco and remove the URL assigned to the license and add the new URL you installed the Wordpress. After that you need to follow the same process which you would do to validate the product:
Ethos 1 demo is not supposed to be downloaded completely with all images. That is the job of the Expanded demos, the normal demos only set the settings and pages/posts and leaves the images with placeholders. For more information:
