License activation fails

Hey,
I needed to change my site Url from www.xxx to a subdomain. I also changed it in the Themeco-License Dashboard. But I cannot activate the x-theme licence.
More precisely, when entering the code it gives a success. Then, the page is reloaded and with this reload it shows the success of the validation and at the same time I need to enter the code again.
I tried on Desktop and Tablet to be sure that there is no cache-error and I have the newest version installed.

I think, I need help :slight_smile:

Hey Kerstin,

Please try out connecting to a different network then try validating again. That is because, if we log in to a site and do the validation, it often works. The only difference with us doing the validation is the network.

If you still can’t validate, please provide the following info in a Secure Note and we’ll try validating.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
