Licence Validation Error in Wordpress

Hello,

I just purchased Cornerstone for my Wordpress site and I keep getting this error when I try to input my license code: " This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue."

When I click the button provided (it says “Login or Register”) on the Validation page in my Wordpress dashboard, it takes me to a Themeco page that asks if I would like to add my purchase code to my account but when I click yes an error page comes up that says “Opps, It looks like this page has been lost”.

I’ve purchased Cornerstone for a client before and this issue really has me confused.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello Anna,

Thanks for sharing the login credentials. I checked your site it seems that the given URL is not listed in the Themeco dashboard account. You must register your site URL on the Themeco Dashboard.
Please have a look at our doc to learn more about how to register the site and validate the site with a license.

Where can I securely provide a screenshot of my account dashboard? I can see the URL listed there.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue, I’m afraid you get confused by the Standalone Cornerstone license, and the X theme license.
