Error message when adding licence key into wordpress for X theme: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
Used this licence key before for a previous website. When I am taken to the apex site, it doesn’t list the licence key there and so I am unable to revoke access to the website it is currently linked to and therefore change it to this new one. Not sure what to do.
