I’m trying to add a license key, but nothing is happening. I want to update the theme, relative plugins, and addons. Additionally, I need to upgrade Cornerstone, which is currently running on a lower version.
I’ve tried doing this in both the local environment and on the live platform, but when I paste the key and hit enter, nothing happens. Can you help me with this?

I have checked your Themeco Account and found that you have not added the license till now, once you added the license and URL associated with it then only the URL can be validated.

Yes, but when I tried to insert on my website that already running on older versions I couldn’t add licenses.

In that case, you update the version and try it again. If you still find the issue I would suggest troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
