Lazy Load like this X Theme built site possible?

So supposedly this site: https://texasbusinessbuyers.com/ was built with X Theme. Is it possible now to have the elements lazy load like these do as you scroll down the page? Or are they using some sort of 3rd party plugin to achieve this affect?

If you are referring to the animation of the images and contents which appear while scrolling down, that can be achieved using the Effect Module. I would suggest you go through the following article on this.

If that is not the case and you can use any of the Free plugins on Lazy Load from the WordPress repository. Please find following plugins, which may be helpful on this.
