Layout template assigned but doesn't show

Hi there,

I’m using the layout builder to build a product page page, however when I set it to only show for certain categories it doesn’t save. Nor does it work when I select all products. Have tried disabling all plugins apart from woocommerce to see if thats the issue, however, it doesn’t solve the problem. Screenshots attached.

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Exact layout URL
