Layout is broken whenever making any change in Wordpress backend

I want to ask for help. I hate to save and see it broken everytime I want to make change to any elements. I don’t know why since I migrated from Shortcode to HTML storage. Please help!

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

I created a secured note already.

This could be because of Siteground Optimizer. We need to test without any 3rd party plugins. If that’s not possible to do in your live site, please provide us with a staging access so we can deactivate all 3rd party plugins.
