Layout Builder shows correct layout in the builder for "Blog Page" but not publicly

All plug-ins and Wordpress Core are up to date, including X Pro.

I can see my layout in the builder applying correctly to the Blog page when I preview the page “Archives” in the builder, and have made sure it is assigned as the blog page in Wordpress settings.

When I attempt to view the page /archives, it shows the default Ethos blog layout.

We run very few plug-ins. I am thinking I have an assignment set incorrectly? I’ve included login credentials to the staging site in a secure note in case you can take a look. Thank you.

I have checked the condition and changed it to the Blog is being viewed and it start working.
