Hi Support Team,
at the moment I try to create a layout for my single blog posts views with the Pro Layout Builder. I have loaded the example from the design cloud as a starting point. But it doesn’t show a typical blog post as preview. Instead it show the “home” page.
I use essential grid for the blog post overview (News section):
If I switch in the Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading -> Blogs posts to “News” it will not show the essential grid anymore. Thus have selected nothing there:
The layout Builder is showing the home page instead a blog post preview, which makes it difficult to edit:
On the Blog post single view itself it shows up correctly:
Questions:
What can I do to preview an actual blog post in the layout builder?
Is it correct to select in the settings -> Reading -> blogpost nothing when using essential grid?
The header with the link to the blog {{dc:global:blog_url}} doesn’t link to the blog. Why?
Are there somewhere additional examples I can use for the blog post layout? Maybe by the community?
