I am seeing conflicting information on Layerslider and whether it is included in my X Pro license or not. I am experiencing probablems with Layerslider since the upgrade from 7.5.3 to 7.6.1. It is showing in many places, but I have several machines where it isn’t - the area is just blank. Also, as I look at my account, it shows support expired (I think for my old X account) but when I go to X Pro license it shows it is active. So, I am uncertain if layerslider is included if I can get help on the issue or not.
Thank you.
Alan
Hi Alan,
The LayerSlider is a bundled plugin that comes with the X and Pro. But a separate license is required to activate the premium or pro features of the plugin.
Thanks
Greetings,
We had a developer gift us a license purchase but I want to get it integrated anyway into our license. I can’t tell if we are using the pro features or not and also need to know what support options are available. How do I purchase the additional license - directly from the plugin site? And, then, how do I access support in order to figure out this issue? I guess, thirdly, does my X Pro support cover Layerslider?
Thanks
Alan
Hello Alan,
You can purchase a separate license from the Layerslider plugin author.
For any help with the plugin, you need to contact plugin support at https://layerslider.com/help/. Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.
Thanks for understanding
Understood.
Is cornerstone also considered a separate plugin or is it a part of X-Pro. I couldn’t even quite figure that out as well.
I appreciate your help!
Alan
Hey Alan,
Cornerstone is the foundation to your site building experience and includes a Layout Builder, Header Builder, Content Builder, Footer Builder, and Grid Editor.
If you are using a different theme, you can use Cornerstone as a stand alone plugin. If you are using the X theme, it is included in the X theme and will be installed automatically. With the Pro theme, Cornerstone is integrated in the theme. For more details, please check this out:
Cheers.
