Layer slider update needed!

hi there, i can t upgrade layer slider to the latest version. (6.11.8)
pls can you fix this?
the whole site is broken…

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you delete the plugin and then reinstall the plugin from the X/Pro—>Validation —>Extension. Please note you must take the backup of the database and site files.

I would also suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
