Justified Image Grid Does Not Work in Cornerstone

This plugin works if I install the shortcode in the native WP builder, but not if it’s in the “text” element of a cornerstone page

I also tried it with all plugins deactivated (except this one) and it would not work. So 100% this conflict is between the plugin and Cornerstone. Latest version of Pro: 6.12

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please use the Raw content element instead of the Text element.

If it doesn’t work for you please note, the issue is coming from the third-party plugin for which we don’t have any compatibility with the theme. Still, we will be interested to investigate and see if anything can be improved in Cornerstone, but please remember that as this is a 3rd party plugin we can’t guarantee any fixes.

To investigate it further please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have tested the JIG plugin and it seems that it does not allow it to be used outside of the Post/Page description. Cornerstone’s Raw Content and Text element always render the shortcode as long as the shortcode exists. Take for example the link in your secure note.

I would recommend that you contact the creators of the JIG plugin and ask them why the JIG shortcode is not rendered inside the Cornerstone element.
