Jetpack and Cornerstone cause 500 server error

If I have Cornerstone and Jetpack active together I get a 500 error.

I have another open problem here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/urgent-all-classic-cornerstone-pages-disappearing-when-loaded-with-latest-version/11461

Going to have to move to a different theme very soon as this is causing huge problems for my business. Please help! I’m desperate.

Thanks for writing in, and sorry to see of the issues you’ve been having with this.

A 500 error, is an internal server error. As it’s a 500 error, this will be logged in your hosts server error_log. If you could ask them for a copy and post back here with whatever ends up showing in the log. It’ll usually be a fatal error that causes an internal server error.

Once we know what the exact error, we can then assist in debugging.
