How do I change what shows up under the title of each post at the top of each post, and the order in which it shows up?

Example: “Stephen Agnew | April 9, 2018 | Categories | Leave a comment | Views”

Hi there,

That is the meta info of posts in Integrity stack which you can change the order by overidding the function that displays it.

To do so, you will have to have the child theme installed and activated. You get the child theme from here.

Once the child theme is installed and activated, login through FTP then go to wp-content/x-child then edit the functions.php file and add this code:

Place the code above below these lines of code in the functions.php:

Then notice that in the code you have these lines:

printf( '<p class="p-meta">%1$s%2$s%3$s%4$s</p>',
        $author,
        $date,
        $categories_list,
        $comments
      );

Based on the code above, the order to the meta entry would be author, date, categories, then comments. You just need to edit the code and change the placement of the variables like this:

printf( '<p class="p-meta">%1$s%2$s%3$s%4$s</p>',
        $date,
        $author,        
        $comments,
        $categories_list,
      );

If you do this, the order will then be date, author, comments, then categories.
