I installed the Icon theme, and I cant get rid of that absolutely stupid stacks sidebar! Who wants that crap on their website? There is a location where I can go to edit side headers, yet the stacks sidebar is not there, so how do I delete that junk? I didn’t buy this theme to have more problems, but so far that’s the only thing this theme has provided me plenty of!
Hi Douglas,
The sidebar that you see is the result of the settings that you can easily change by going to Pro > Theme Options > Layout and Design > Content Layout. You can set the website to be Fullwidth instead of having a sidebar:
I also see that you are using an older version of the theme. Please kindly make sure that you have a complete backup of your website and update the theme to the latest version using the guide below:
Thank you.
Hopefully I have the latest version of the theme at this point. I am still so confused though. Do I build the entire site through pro theme or do I use the traditional methods of adding pages and posts? And I don’t think I want all of my posts to go to one specific place, I want them to be categorized by pages that are in the top header. I don’t know how to set certain posts to be in certain locations.
Hello Douglas,
Thanks for updating in! If you want to create complex page/post layouts, you can use the Pro Editor. If you only want to display simple pages and post then you can use the WordPress default editor. Create the pages or posts in their respective area. You should see Pages or Posts when you are logged in your WordPress dashboard.

And to be familiar with the Pro Editor, please check this out:
Hope this helps.
