hi there,
i have 3 slide-ins configured in convertplus.
but when i save the slider with new content it is visible (just some text) also on the published website: https://therapieinhamburg.de/die-therapeuten/dr-med-steffen-juetting-hamburg/
but when i want to edit the slider/text nothing is there. just the close button and a black “subscribe” button.
is this a known problem or do i have to buy the thing?
thanks a lot! kai

Hey Kai,
Which of the three SlideIns were you editing?

To see the contents, click the “Source” icon. The last icon on the right:
You should see the contents of your SlideIn.
Thanks.
hi @prakash_s
thanks a lot. also for the screenshots!
the first slider i am working on. but it is the same with all 3.
i still cant see the text in any of them.
but your screenshot shows the text of the last “urlaub” one. not on my system. tried different browsers, too.
the website does not have many plugins installed.
what would you suggest?
thanks again! kai
Hello Kai,
I am another staff member. I have checked on my end, and the text appears to be displaying. I have tested in the Google Chrome version 146.0.7680.165. Please clear your browser cache and recheck it.
Thanks
dear @prakash_s
thanks for checking again!
this is very strange…
i deleted already browser cache (and used two other browsers i never use for web development. i also deleted the website caches.
i deactivated a few plugins which could be responsible - just in case.
any other ideas? if this is taking too much of our time, i am ready to just use another plugin. but it like this one so far…
best wishes, kai
Hello Kai,
I am using MS Edge and Brave browsers. Both can edit the SlideIns.
Send us a screenshot of what is with your editor so we will have an idea of what it looks like as well.
Thanks.
thanks @ruenel !
no matter what browser i try. brave, chrome, safari, firefox i get an empty window.
here some screenshots from chrome (the order of the uploads turned out upside down):
3rd screenshot: what i see first when selecting the slide-in
2nd screenshot: what i see after i click on the source button to the very right
1st screenshot: what i see after i click on the black “subscribe” button (it disappears and still no text in the text field)

Hello Kai,
I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 146.0.7680.165, and it is working fine on my end. Please let us know the browser versions.
Thanks
