Hi Steve,
Thanks for reaching out.
We have not tested the said plugin and have never been reported with the conflict you are talking about. Although it is a 3rd party plugin issue, we are still curious to know the reason behind that. Please note that we do not guarantee a fix nor compatibility for conflicting code.
I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to recognize the reason behind
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
I would suggest you activate any default theme like TwentyTwenty and check if that issue exists. If it exists, please contact the Plugin Author on this case.
If the issue persists with only our updated parent theme, I would request you share the login credentials of your site in a secure note to investigate.
Please include the following details:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Alternatively, you can try using one of the bundled plugins available with the theme named Moder Event Calendar for similar purposes.
